Mobi Safety Rewards is (as the name suggests), a rewards-based road safety initiative designed to encourage safer driving habits in young drivers.
Mobi provides valuable insights into the current driving profile via a safety score and trip summaries, and we will assist with feedback and tips on how to become an even safer driver.
Insights include:
• Focus and distraction (including phone use and handling),
• Actual speed vs the posted speed limit
• Acceleration and braking
• Turns
…with inputs of time of day, trip time and track, distance travelled, road condition and weather. You can access and review details and a safety score for each trip.
It is a particularly useful tool for every young driver and supervisors during the formative years of learning and building experience during the graduated licence stages of learner permit, provisional, through to a full licence.
The Mobi app is part of an ecosystem that also integrates with supervisors and learn to drive programs (by invite) and provides access to third party driver education resources and road safety programs.
